Boil 200gms tool dal and keep it aside. Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, Vegitables of your choice and saute for few minutes.
Add 2-3 tbsp.'s of Raaga life sambar powder, 1 cup water and boil for 10 Min.
Add cooked dal and tamarind juice, allow it to cook for another 5 Minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with cooked rice or millets.
